汉德威Q10/Q20墙锢是一种以进口聚合物乳液为主要原料，辅以各种助剂，通过特殊工艺制成的墙面加固剂，适用于墙体基层的界面处理,能有效增加腻子或灰浆与墙面基层的粘结强度,提高腻子的批刮手感,预防空鼓、粉化等墙面问题的产生。

适用范围 Scope application:

· 适用于光滑混凝土墙面、新旧混凝土基底表面抹灰；

· 适用于高柔性防水基层粘贴瓷砖前的拉毛处理；

· 适用于在抹灰层表面涂刮腻子前的界面处理；

· 可添加到墙面批刮材料滑石粉、石膏粉、腻子粉中，增强材料的粘结力，提高施工顺滑性，防止开裂、起粉；

· 可添加到水泥砂浆中，改善水泥砂浆的保水性和抗变形能力，提高水泥砂浆的柔韧性并增强粘结力。

参考用量hybrid/Reference dosage:

用量：疏松基材：6~8平方米/kg/遍；普通基材：10~12平方米/kg/遍。

（注：因施工表面的疏松程度和稀释比例不同，实际耗量与理论耗量会有所不同）。

施工construction

基层处理Primary treatment

· 基面必须干燥平整、无尖锐的棱角、无松动、油污和杂质；

· 确保预涂基材表面湿度小于10%，收缩、结构缝需填实；

· 清除表面灰尘、油腻和松散泥灰，如果有孔隙及时修补。

施工工艺construction Process

· 稀释汉德威墙锢：最大加水稀释比例：50%-60%；为取得更好的墙面加固效果，建议加水稀释比例 30%-40%。

· 涂刷汉德威墙锢：涂刷墙锢一遍，注意涂刷完全，避免漏涂；针对基材多孔、干燥且吸收率较

高的，建议在第一遍干燥后再涂刷一遍，应确保墙锢干燥后手摸无掉粉，方视为涂刷合格。

· 拉毛处理：针对光滑的混凝土表面，需要进行拉毛处理。

使用汉德威墙锢与水泥按照合适的用量调配成胶浆状，使用工具涂抹在光滑基层（注意拉毛用汉德威墙锢不得加水稀释，拉毛层干燥 24 小时后方可进行下道工序）。

清洁/安全事项clean/Safety matters

清洁：防水胶浆干固前请用清水冲洗所有的刷子、滚筒和桶。

操作注意：避免接触皮肤和眼睛（皮肤接触须迅速脱掉污染的衣物、鞋子，用大量的清水冲洗至少15分钟以上；眼睛接触须立即撑开眼皮，迅速用大量的清水冲洗手污染的眼睛至少15分钟以上，建议立即就医），切勿食入。本产品不得再加入其他胶粘类产品混合使用。

贮存/保质期/执行标准EXP/SPs

贮存Keep in storage：贮存于密闭的容器中，存放在阴凉、通风、干燥的库房内，防止日光直射，贮存环境温度应保持在0~35℃之间。贮存期间出现沉淀属正常现象，使用前搅拌均匀。

保质期EXP：未开封产品在干燥、阴凉、通风处存放，保质期12个月

执行标准SPS：JC/T 907-2002

注意事项：

注意事项

· 在做吊顶加固时，不建议加水稀释；

· 在做光滑混凝土表面时，建议拉毛后使用；

· 本产品不得再加入其他胶粘类产品混合使用；

· 拉毛产品应在 2 小时内使用完毕；

· 禁止直接在本产品上涂刷乳胶漆；

· 旧漆膜铲除后再使用本产品；

· 请不要在潮湿或寒冷的天气（气温低于 5℃，相对湿度大于 85％）情况下施工。
